I’ve just returned from three weeks of painting in the most idyllic, isolated spot on the Isle of Mull. The weather was kind and with no distractions I came home with lots of canvases and drawings. Being surrounded by such beautiful wild landscape and an amazing array of wildlife was wonderful and great inspiration for the work that will be exhibited in November this year at the Flaubert Gallery in Edinburgh.
